Where have you been? Why are you here? Where are you going?
Three simple questions that I first heard when listening to a Les Brown training many years ago now, but three questions that made me take stock of my life and realise that I could do so much more, I could achieve greater success and go to places that I never even dreamt about before.
When you sit and ask yourself these questions it can be a little uncomfortable, because when we answer them honestly we don't alwayslike what we hear. We start to realise that whilst we may have achieved certain levels of success, that we haven't realised our true potential in life.
To do that we must stretch and challenge ourselves on a daily basis. We must be prepared to do that which others aren't so that we can be that which they won't ever be, that we can have that which they won't ever have. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the 'extra'.
So, once you answered the three questions from the start of this post, I want you to take a moment and answer this question. What extra activity are you prepared to do in order to live an extraordinary life? And once you have the answer, start doing it right away.
